What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All furniture is shipped with FedEx Express air delivery service. For shipping accessories within Europe we use our private shipping company

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to most of the countries worldwide. If your country does not show up on the checkout list, please email us for an individual quote.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If the product is in stock, order is shipped within 2 days. Within Europe, the delivery usually takes from 3 to 4 days, and up to 7 days to other countries.

Are the products shipped together?
The furniture items are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Poland and are collected on 1 Euro pallet for each furniture. Accessories are shipped together with furniture if they are ordered together with furniture.

How can I check the status of my shipment?
You will receive a shipping number for tracking, which will show the updated status of your parcel.
What are the prices for international shipping?
Prices will depend on the weight of your order and its destination. You will see the total shipping charges at checkout.

Is it possible to arrange the delivery for a specific date?
Generally ,Yes but it always depends on road conditions, traffics and many other factors.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?
Choose all of the items you’d like to purchase from our collection by choosing optional details (color, size, mattress). After you are finished with your cart, you can go to the checkout to fill in your billing and shipping information. There you will also see the calculated shipping price for your total order. When your order is paid for, we will send you a confirmation about the shipment and delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an account is an optional step, which allows you to save your details on our website and make your next purchase easier. However, it is not necessary for placing an account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you are in any way not satisfied with your order, we would like you to contact us, so that we can help you solve the issue. However, if you decide to return your product, you can do it within 14 days from placing your order.

How do I know whether the item is currently in stock?
Next to each product, you will see an indicator for whether the item is currently in stock. In other case, it will show the estimated production date and when it is going to be available.

Where are the Kutikai products made?
The designs are manufactured by a Polish company that produces furniture for more than 40 years and is experienced with the highest quality handmade products. We control the production and pay careful attention to every detail.

Are your products safe for children?
We care deeply for the health and safety of children who use our products and therefore we design the furniture following the EU safety standards, choosing only the highest-quality materials.

What materials are used for Kutikai products?
For our furniture we use birch plywood, which is sustainably sourced from Europe. Products are finished using non-toxic, water based lacquers from Austria.

Where can I find the exact measurements for your products?
Under each product description, we provide all technical details, including the measurements and materials used.

Do your beds come with a mattress?
We offer premium quality mattresses and cotton sheets in our webshop, which perfectly fit our beds. However, they are not included in the price and you need to order them separately.

How are the products assembled and what tools do I need?
Due to the smart design of our products, they can be put together very easily according to the provided instructions. Our furniture comes with built-in connectors, that can be easily assembled using the included tools.

How should I take care of the products?
We suggest using a rug dampened with warm water to clean the furniture. Also, we advise ventilating and rotating the mattress on your bed monthly, , to ensure its hygiene and longer lifespan.

Can your products be customized upon request?
Since all our products are manufactured in large quantities, we do not offer custom-sizes or special designs. If you have concerns about international mattress sizes, we suggest ordering perfectly matching ones directly from our website.

What guarantees apply to your products?
The premium design of Kutikai products ensures their long life-span and high quality. For unlikely situation of a defect appearing, we offer 2 years of guarantee.
