BIO BAMBOO BABY LATEX MATTRESS 140×70

CONSTRUCTION: Board made of BIO Kaltschaum foam with high density and hardness, produced with the addition of renewable raw materials in the form of plant oils. BIO foam board with a thickness of 7 cm (sizes 120/60, 130/70, 140/70 and 160/70) or 10 cm (from sizes 160/80 to 90/200). The foam is produced without the addition of chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) and volatile organic solvents. The foam insert is covered on one side with a 3 cm thick plate of flexible Ocean Blue latex (for sizes 120/60 to 160/70). Latex with silicone gel absorbs excess moisture from the surroundings of the mattress – it prevents the feeling of sweaty skin, improves the microclimate and protects against the development of fungi and mold. For sizes from 160/80 to 90/200 there is a foam insert covered on one side with Bio Climataleks foam. Bio Climalatex latex has an increased number of micro-channels forcing constant and effective air exchange inside the mattress. It is saturated with aloe vera gel that soothes skin irritations and has antibacterial and toning properties. Outer cover made of knitted fabric quilted with air-conditioned non-woven fabric. More than 30% of the composition is yarn made of bamboo viscose. It is very durable and at the same time pleasant to the touch. Bamboo absorbs excess moisture from the environment better than cotton. Excess moisture is released into the environment in small doses during the day when air humidity drops. Bamboo viscose is odor-absorbing. It absorbs odors from the environment and returns them when cleaning or washing. Gives covers bacteriostatic properties. It creates an inhospitable environment for microorganisms and mites. It is completely anti-allergic. Can be washed using programs for delicate fabrics at temperatures up to 60°C. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. High-density foam insert ensures product durability and optimal support for the spine. Knitted fabric composition – bamboo fiber 31% / PE 69%. Mattress weight from 3 kg (120/60 cm) – 10 kg (200/90). Mattress height 11-15 cm.

APPLICATION: children’s and teenagers’ beds and couches, as well as bunk beds, user weight up to 30 kg (sizes 120/60-160/70) and 70 kg (sizes 160/80 to 90/200).

NOTES: hard and medium-hard mattress, double-sided, two usable sides. Zone-free sites. Hard for smaller children (2+) and medium-hard, covered with latex for older and heavier children. Possibility of making non-standard sizes within the standard offer. Mattress layers arranged without the use of glue. Possibility to replace the sides of the foams to extend the life of the product. Climalatex with a smooth and massaging side, according to the customer’s individual preferences. We do not bend or roll them for transport. Recommended for any type of frame. The color of the foam insert used may differ from that shown in the photo – without affecting the quality of the product.
